Basic Skills Necessary:

• chain, slip stitch, single crochet, and double crochet.
• Photo illustrations are provided for working the foundation single crochet, working in the ends of rows, and slip stitching across the top of a row.

Gauge:

6 double crochet X 3 rows = 2 inches.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

• Fits neck circumference up to 12 (20) inches.
• Depth (without curls) = 6.5 (8) inches
• Depth (with curls) = 12 (13.5) inches.

Materials:

• Red Heart Super Saver worsted weight yarn (7oz/198g - 364yds/333m per ball)
• You will need: 110 to 170 yards Color A (#512/Turqua or #312/Black;
• 30 to 45 yards Color B #300/White
• 80 to 110 yards each of Color C (#319/Cherry Red), Color D (#254/Pumpkin), Color E (#324/Bright Yellow), Color F (#3620/Glow worm), Color G (#886/Blue), and Color H (#356/Amythest).
• Crochet hook size J/10-6.00mm or size required to obtain gauge.
• Yarn needle (for working in ends
• 10 to 15 1/2 to 3/4" Assorted Buttons
• Needle/thread for sewing on buttons.
